Items purchased online during sale are strictly final sale pieces and are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
Full price items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Full priced items are eligible for product exchange or credit note only.If 7 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
Garments included in our online sale is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer refunds, credit notes or exchanges on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. If returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased in store. We follow a 7 day return policy in exchange for a credit note or product exchange. Please consult your nearest store for further information.
For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned in store or online.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, undamaged, unused with all original tags attached. We recommend trying on shoes on carpet only.We do not accept the return of shoes that have been scuffed.Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund, or exchange.Shipping charges are not reimbursed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can return or exchange items purchased online via mail, simply pack and send the product/s as you received. For exchange please add pre-addressed envelope into the returning parcel. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and we encourage you to select a shipping method that allows you to track the item. Tracking numbers for returned parcels are essential to ensure we receive the parcel. Without it we cannot locate the package.
For both return & exchange print out a copy of the order you were emailed when you made your online purchase and include this inside the return package. If no printer is available please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and the item/s you would like to exchange for on your printed order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
