    Shipping on orders over $100 within Australia is completely free. Shipping on orders below $100 will be charged a flat rate of $10.

    For orders outside of Australia :

    All applicable import duties shall be held responsible by the customer. Inzagi will not be liable for any costs, taxes, tariffs and/or delays due to customs over which we have no control. 

    All goods imported into the United States from overseas are subject to strict U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. Following recent updates to U.S. international trade policies, the long-standing duty-free exemption (de minimis threshold) has been suspended, meaning that all international packages are now subject to country-specific tariff rates and surcharges.
    Under U.S. trade laws, import tariffs and customs duties are legally the responsibility of the importer (the customer) rather than the exporter. Because we ship directly from our facilities here in Australia, these new U.S. tariff regulations apply to your shipment.

    Shipping charges to locations outside of Australia are calculated at checkout. 

    Once parcels are fulfilled and dispatched, we unfortunately cannot change the shipping address.  

    Delivery Times
    Inzagi delivers with Australia Post. Australian orders are delivered before 7 business days to metropolitan and city areas. International orders are usually delivered with 7-21 days. Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods.
